Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow your parcel along the way.


Delivery Time

The average delivery time is 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. During busier periods — such as holidays or seasonal sales — or where customs procedures apply, delivery may take a little longer. We will keep you informed where we can.


Shipping Method & Origin

All orders are shipped directly from our supplier. Depending on your country of delivery, customs duties or import fees may apply. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are not included in the product price or shipping costs. Customers are responsible for any applicable fees upon delivery.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on:

Shipping Responsibility

  • Once tracking confirms successful delivery to the address provided, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer
  • Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order
  • Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing your order via info@mauverre.com
  • Mauverre Canada is not liable for delays caused by customs, courier services or incorrect address details provided by the customer
