At Mauverre Canada, we stand behind the quality of what we offer. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our return policy carefully before submitting a request.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Returns can only be requested after the item has been physically received by the customer
  • Return shipping costs are fully at the customer's expense, including any international shipping fees
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached
  • Trying on items is permitted — wearing them is not
  • Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not permitted

Return Process

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your item via info@mauverre.com to register your return
  2. We will provide you with the return address of our supplier
  3. Ship the item back at your own expense, including any applicable customs or import duties
  4. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping methodMauverre Canada cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and the condition of the product has been approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days via the original payment method used at checkout.


Liability

  • Mauverre Canada is not responsible for lost packages where tracking confirms successful delivery to the address provided by the customer
  • If an incorrect address was provided at checkout, this is the responsibility of the customer
  • Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing your order via info@mauverre.com
